Our Process
How does a Radio PR campaign work?
For a radio PR campaign to be considered successful it comes down to one key question: Did we exceed our client's expectations?
This is why we take the time to be clear on what our clients are looking for before the campaign goes live. This starts with clarifying the key messages and objectives, what you want to say and why you want to say it. Whatever your objectives are, our benefits page will explain how we can help.
Then we clarify the target audience, and we prefer real descriptions rather than socio-demographic profiles. There are only two documents that need be approved. The first is the brief which details the campaign routes to coverage, timing and the messages, objectives and audiences. The second document that needs approving is the creative copy that will be written around your key messages and audience.
We won't approach any station until you've approved the copy so you can be entirely confident that we understand your story and what you want it to do. The campaign is then implemented and you will be kept in the loop with a dedicated campaign manager throughout. Our media team will then track the coverage and it will be compiled into a comprehensive coverage report. The most important element for us is feedback from the media, the team directly working on the campaign, and of course the feedback from you.
For Radio Relations, we strive to achieve excellence according to your standards. Our testimonials will show you what we're capable of.
